Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

First-time subscribers of SM Cloud Minecraft Server Hosting and Discord Bot Hosting are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of initial order placement if our infrastructure fails to meet operational performance standards or if severe routing issues are verified by our team.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following services and add-ons are strictly non-refundable:

• Dedicated IPv4 address allocations (due to upstream carrier provisioning fees)
• Custom website migrations and white-glove engineering hours once performed
• Accounts suspended due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g. DDoS, crypto mining)
• Subscription renewals after the initial 48-hour order window has passed

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, submit a ticket under the “Billing” department from your Client Area or email support@smcloud.in with your invoice number. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source (UPI / Bank Account) within 5 to 7 business days in accordance with Indian banking settlement cycles.
